🎀 Plan effortlessly. Play intentionally.

I know y’all have moved onto Christmas, but I can’ I know y’all have moved onto Christmas, but I can’t seem to get my act together over here! Here’s four Thanksgiving themed crafts for preschoolers for at home learning:

1) shape stamping (I used circles, but you could use whatever shapes and colors for your turkeys!)

2) name turkeys, or you could do last names, phone numbers and addresses!

3) pumpkin pie fractions, or pie pretend play! Make all the flavors!

4) weaving turkey feathers for fine motor development

4 EASY party ideas for moms who plan the night bef 4 EASY party ideas for moms who plan the night before:

1) Use what you have. I made a castle out of recycled cardboard & craft paint. Don’t buy, create!

2) Dollar store tablecloths are so handy! I turned them into banister decor and giant bows!

3) Crafts are always a hit. Don’t spend too much $ buying junk that’ll go straight in the trash. I wandered the aisles of Hobby Lobby and landed on DIY wooden wands and magnet frames. I used my Instax Fuji Mini 3 to print Polaroids of the girls with Elsa - right on the spot! Two party keepsakes the kids got to create and take home.

4) Make the party short and don’t invite everyone! Parents and kids don’t need more than 1.5-2 hours MAX. It’s so hard for me to NOT be all inclusive…but the truth is that a party can become chaotic and overstimulating real quick. Keep the guest list short and make core memories.

Thank you @magic_with_maci for making this day extra special and memorable! 🫶🏻
